No threads are showing up on the dashboard
Indexing begins immediately after completing onboarding, so indexed threads should appear within a minute or two. If you don’t see any threads on the dashboard after this time, the bot likely lacks the necessary permissions to view your channels. If the channels are restricted by role permissions, assign the required role to the bot. The bot requires all permissions to function properly. If you modified the permissions during the initial invite, you’ll need to kick and reinvite the bot with all permissions enabled. My server’s threads aren’t showing up on Google
If you see threads on Velumn but not on Google, don’t worry this is normal. We let Google know about the threads using a sitemap and follow best SEO practices, but we have no control over what Google indexes. Google crawls and indexes content on its own schedule, which can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. If it’s been over a month and your content still hasn’t appeared in search results, contact us.Formatting looks wrong in forum posts
We are slowly expanding our support and plan to match every Discord feature, If something looks wrong, notify us and we will fix it immediately.Messages are missing or partially indexed
The bot is designed to resume indexing from where it left off and automatically retries failed messages, so missing messages should be rare. If you encounter this issue, you can force reindexing by running the/index-thread command inside the Discord thread that needs to be reindexed.
